For existing Zero Digital clients
Your Google reviews, on your website & always up to date
Zero Digital Reviews reads the reviews customers have already left on your Google Business Profile and shows them on your website – updated automatically every 24 hours.
Reviews that are still true next month
Most websites show reviews typed in a long time ago. They were accurate then, but a year later the rating is wrong, the review count is out of date, and the newest review — the one that would actually persuade somebody — is not there at all.
Zero Digital Reviews, our own plugin, reads your profile every 24 hours and keeps the site up to date: the same star rating and the same review count Google shows, and the reviews themselves, all automatically.
It is a small piece of additional software built for the platform every Zero Digital site runs on, so setup is easy and the software is maintained alongside your website. It costs £10 a month, added to your existing monthly fee, and includes the optional AI features below.
How it works
-
1
Your Google Business Profile is connected
If you give us access to your Google Business Profile, we can connect it for you. Or connect it yourself on your website, under Settings → Reviews: you are sent to Google, you approve the request, and you come back. Nobody at Zero Digital needs your password.
-
2
We complete the setup
Once connected, we’ll finish the rest: choosing which locations to show and where reviews appear on your site. If you have more than one branch, each can appear separately.
-
3
It runs every 24 hours
New reviews are added, edited ones are corrected, and your rating and review count stay current. Reviews of four stars and above are published automatically; anything lower waits for you to decide.

You can disconnect whenever you like
Press Disconnect, or remove access in your Google account, at any time. Reviews already on your site stay where they are; nothing new arrives. To cancel the subscription, give us 30 days’ notice in writing.
Your data, answered
Your reviews: the text, star rating, reviewer’s name and profile picture, date, and any reply you’ve posted. It also reads which business locations you manage, so it knows which reviews to fetch.
No. It only reads. It cannot edit your business information, post updates, reply to reviews or delete anything.
On your website, so they load as fast as the rest of the page. Zero Digital doesn’t keep a copy. If you turn on the AI features, each review’s text is also sent once to the AI service to be sorted or shortened.
With AI sorting on, each new review is read and placed on the page for the service it mentions. Only the review’s text is sent — never the reviewer’s name or photo.
With it off, your reviews still show on your site, but they won’t be sorted by service unless you do it yourself.
No. To shorten a review, the AI only removes whole sentences and puts “…” where they were — it never rewords or adds anything, and it’s instructed to keep any criticism. If a review can’t be shortened fairly, it’s shown in full.
The shorter version is a suggestion: you can edit it, or clear it to show the full review. The full version is always kept on your site.
When you connect, Google gives your website a refresh token — a key that lets it fetch new reviews every 24 hours without you signing in again. The key is stored on your website, not by us. It passes through our service each time it renews, but we don’t keep it, we don’t store your reviews, and we don’t use either for anything else. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Yes. Reviews of four stars and above are published automatically; anything lower waits for you to decide.
To take a review down, move it to the bin. It won’t come back from Google, even after the bin is emptied.
You can’t change what someone wrote: the full wording, rating and date always match Google, and any edits are reset the next day. You can edit a review’s shorter version, or clear it to show the review in full — just keep it true to what they said.
You can disconnect at any time. Reviews already on your site stay there, and no new ones are added. To cancel the subscription, give us 30 days’ notice in writing.
